    It’s so much easier to get on a good diet and fitness routine than to try to find just the right pill. Even if the pill is “proven to work” or whatever a placebo will probably be just as effective.

    You can not lose weight by using pills. Even if you lose it, there might be many side effects that can give birth to some other conditions.

    The best way to lose weight is proper diet and right exercise. Period.
    Exercise will burn your calories and lose the weight, while right food will not increase your weight.
